Welcome to the stunning possibilities of printed glass.
A wonderful world of choice is now available in printed glass products.
Imagine entire walls of glass imagery for receptions and commercial
environments or bespoke splash backs to add that personal touch to
designer Kitchens. Let printed glass create the special mood you
deserve for your home or work space.
An example of printed glass can be seen in this stunning reception
display at Cheadle Glass’s Stockport showroom. Three giant
printed glass panels are offset from the black glass back wall by the
use of locators to give a three dimensional feel to the display. The
effect is stunning as the reflective surfaces and quality of the glass
complement the vibrant colours of the image – you could imagine
dipping your toes in the cool flowing water!
Another
example of creativity in glass is the amazing printed glass cricket bat
which was much admired at the recent Gary Keedy benefit year event -
"An audience with Freddie". The glass cricket bat was created by
Cheadle Glass and measured an incredible 1200mm long. Produced in 19mm
thick optically clear low iron glass with polished pencilled edging.
Printing to such an elaborate shape is a complex business but
Kingfisher Graphics were up to the challenge and printed both text and
photographic imagery to the rear face of the glass cricket bat. Andrew
Flintoff's signature completed this wonderful item which was duly
auctioned on the evening. Pictured above from left to right, Gary Keedy
