At Kingfisher Graphics we can
manage a project from planning stage through to installation if required. We
successfully worked with a team from Manchester International Festival on their
ŒMusic Boxesน Event. This was an interactive music event for children created by
using strategically placed disused shipping containers to create an arena on the
piazza at Media City. From the initial phone call we were able to establish the
needs for the event, offer advice and create solutions for their unique
requirements!
The project included large format single & double sided
banners for both the ends of the containers and as backdrops inside, these were
individually finished to suit. Huge triangular flexible PVC sails were supplied
and put together to create a sun canopy over the middle of the outdoor arena.
Foamex was used as informational signage and we also supplied it in printed
colour matched triangles as flags for the various coloured pathways that the
children were to take. Self adhesive vinyl graphics were used as directional
signage, and we created nameplates for each of the onsite sculptures using
brushed aluminium effect Reynobond plaques. All goods were delivered on time and
we were able to assist with the on-going requirements once the event was open
for business!! Our assistance on this project was credited with special thanks
in the event programme and we will be looking forward to working with the team
again next time.
